Mrs. Cynthia Evans

    Welcome to third grade! I am super excited about the new school year. I'm beginning my 25th year of teaching third grade at Troy Elementary. I am married to Roger Evans, who is a long term employee at Sikorsky. Together we have three children and three wonderful grandchildren.  I look forward to working with you to make this a successful year for your child.
